We recently shared one another widget that you can used and display ads in popup but many advertisement network don’t allow you to display ads in popup like adsense, so here we will show you that how you can display your adsense ads on top of blog posts and get more clicks on your ads. You may’ve seen this trick on wallpapers and some photography blogs, where they have placed two ads units on top of all posts for getting maximum impressions and clicks, so here we will show you that how you can easily do it.
How to Combine Two Ads Side By Side?
You can simply display both adsense ads together or different one, for example in the first ad space you can display adsense ads and in second one you can display yahoo or any other network ads that you already used on your blog.
We’ve divided this tutorial in to two steps and in first step we will make some changes in our template section and finally in second step we will show you that how you can add this widget to your blog.
Step#1: Making Some Changes in Blogger Template
1. Go to Blogger Dashboard>> Template>> Edit HTML.
2. Now Click on “Jump to Widget” and select “Blog1” same as below screenshot.
3. Find below peace of code in your template.
4. Now replace it with below one.
5. After it, simply click on “Save Template” and you’ve done half.
Step#2: Adding Two Ads Widget on Top of Blog Posts
1. Go to Blogger Dashboard>> Layout section.
2. Now click on “Add Gadget” in layout section.
3. One popup window will appears, simply select HTML/JavaScript.
4. Now copy below code and past it in HTML/JavaScript box.
Customization!
- Replace “First Advertisement Here” with 300x250 advertisement code.
- Similarly Replace”Second Advertisement Here” with 300x200 Advertisement code.
5. After making these all changes, simply click on “Save Template” button.
